Walking School Bus Returns To Haddonfield In September
A Walking School Bus is a group of children who walk to school and are accompanied by one or more adults.

Haddonfield, NJ -- For the sixth consecutive year, students at J. Fithian Tatem Elementary School in Haddonfield are doing their part to keep carbon emissions down.
Students going back to school on Tuesday, Sept. 6, will participate in a Walking School Bus, according to the Haddonfield Sun.
A Walking School Bus is a group of children who walk to school and are accompanied by one or more adults. The idea is to keep children safe, promote exercise and cut down on carbon emissions created by vehicles. It was created with the use of a federal grant in 2011, according to the report.
