Feel the rhythm and get moving! Avalon Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is partnering with the Hamilton Area YMCA to bring a Samba Fitness experience to the community on Wednesday, May 20 from 5 p.m. to 6:15 p.m. The event is taking place at Hamilton Area YMCA's JKR Branch, located at 1234 Whitehorse-Mercerville Road. Come for an energetic evening of dancing, drumming and fun. No Samba experience is required and all levels are welcome.
