Giving Back
Two weeks ago, I volunteered at the library book sale. It was the most rewarding experience I have had. I came home feeling very proud of myself.
There was a time when, I would never volunteer or couldn't you see I'm a recovering agoraphobic. So for me this was a very big deal. It's hard for me to be in a room full of people I don't know. It was just another step in my recovery. The libary was the first place I went four years ago when I was able to start doing things. I can't take full credit for everything I've done thus far. I have a wonderful therapist.
