Winter's Comfort: a Good Book.

The cold of winter always encourages me to snuggle up with agood book  and a hot cup of tea sitting beside me.

I’ve just finished reading, "What Happens In London," a historical romance by Julia Quinn set in the eighteen hundreds. I sometimes wonder how they would feel about how we live today. On the other hand I wouldn’t want to wear the dresses they wore back then winter and summer.

Imagine not being able to wear shorts in summer? No air-conditioner.  And rain every other day? I'm not sure but, I think lt still rains every other day in London.
