AOD Strongman Competition to benefit needy children

Athletic Overdrive, a Personal Training and Fitness Center located in Wood-Ridge, NJ, is hosting a STRONGMAN COMPETITION to benefit needy children on December 10th. 

Have you ever wanted to test your strength and endurance against others?

Do you know anyone that brags about how strong they are? 

This Strongman Competition is the perfect way to challenge yourself or someone you know, and help raise money for a great cause. 

Law enforcement officers, firemen, and members of the military are encouraged to sign up and represent for their respective organizations.

Participants will compete in two age-groups: 15-17 year olds, and 18 & over.

Aside from bragging rights...

PRIZES WILL BE AWARDED TO THE TOP THREE FINISHERS!!
