Italian music show

 

Montclair entertainer Richard Stillman will perform a concert of Italian music at the Kip Center on Saturday Feb. 26th from 1-2pm. The show presents Italian folk songs, a few tunes sung by Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin, and tap dancing to Italian tarrantellas and waltzes. Some of the instruments played in the show include: mandolin, mandotar, Italian concertina, tenor banjo, bones and harmonica. The show is free and open to the public but there is a five dollar charge if you come early for lunch. The address is: 55 Kip Ave. Rutherford, NJ. For information call Kathy at: 201 460 1600. In addition to performing Richard also teaches banjo, mandolin, ukuele, guitar, harmonica and bagpipes at his home/studio in Montclair, NJ.
