Lodi Memorial Library joins 1200 libraries and stores nationwide in celebrating Star Wars Reads Day, a literacy event sponsored by Lucasfilm and publishers including Scholastic, DK and Chronicle Books. This event is free and all ages are encouraged to come as their favorite Star Wars character. The event features Star Wars giveaways, crafts, games, a children's storytime, trivia and a photo with Darth Vader. There will be a costume parade and contest for children and adults at 4pm.
