“These two play a main role for our team,” says Aviators coach, Rob Brady. “It doesn’t matter what the weather is like, or if they’re not feeling well. They lead by example and it shows.”

Cole credits both his school and parents for his drive and determination. “It’s not easy sometimes, but I have an effect on the others guys. If I can push somebody to go at it even harder, then I’ve done my job."
Standing six feet three inches, and tipping the scales at 225 pounds, Cole had been playing for the Aviators’ state-ranked football team, but decided to focus solely on this shot put during his senior year.
This year, Cole qualified for the Penn Relays and threw a career-best 57 feet and 1 inch. He will be attending the University of Maryland next fall, and is interested in pursuing a career in sports psychology.
Condal recorded a personal best 47.95 in the 400 meter, (shattering the Bergen County Meet of Champions record), as well as running a 34.6 in the 300 meter, making him top dog in the state.
Though Condal is undecided as to where he will attend college, he would like to become involved in sports management and kinesiology.
