LeConte Realty Welcomes Sharon Scala

Sharon Scala, a veteran in the real estate business in one form or another, has joined LeConte Realty in Hasbrouck Heights as its new real estate agent.

Having extensive experience as a real estate paralegal for more than 30 years, she has worked for several prestigious law firms handling residential and commercial transactions from contract to post-closing.

Scala is familiar with closing procedures in New Jersey and New York, as well as short sale and foreclosures. She obtained her Paralegal Honors Certificate in 1991 from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

In 2005, she obtained her New Jersey license as title officer/insurance producer. Scala worked for several title agencies thereafter as vice president of business development, account executive and closing department manager. She also functioned as a closer presiding over various transactions and, as a result, acquired excellent customer service skills. Over the years, sge has built many business relationships, inclusive of attorneys, mortgage lenders, investors, title insurance agents, as well as other real estate professionals.

Scala has experience in marketing and sales. She has attended and participated in real estate trade shows, conducted many presentations, created brochures and advertising materials, and implemented marketing/sales strategies.

Sharon has been a lifelong resident of Bergen County and has lived in Saddle Brook for more than 23 years. Her husband, Andrew, is a Business Agent for District Council 711, Local #1007, for the IUPAT (International Union of Painters and Allied Trades). Together they have two children, ages 28 and 24.
