Lincoln Leopards Perform in First-Ever Little People's Chorus
Students sang hits such as "I'm a Believer" and "Life is a HIghway"
The stage was colorfully adorned with huge stars each one displaying a students name and the gym at Lincoln Elementary School Wednesday night was filled with parents who were there to witness their children in the very first ever Little People's Chorus performance.
The children entered the auditorium as they sang "Life is a Highway." They performed six songs in total singing various hits such as "I'm a Believer" and "Magic." Some of the students adorned sunglasses, hats, and held up pom-poms and toy musical instruments as they sang "All Star." All the students got a turn to come up front in a smaller group during different songs.
Principal Lesa Brinker thanked teacher Jennifer Lauren Martello who took on this project and choreographed the show. She called Martello one of the" most creative and talented" people she knows. She presented Martello with flowers as well as the parents who helped put the show together.
