Open Cockpit Day

Why Go: The museum opens the cockpits of many of the museum airplanes, helicopters and a fire truck so visitors can experience real "hands on" cockpit understanding.

Why Go: See a variety of vehicles, including Ferraris, Porsches, Lamborghinis and Maseratis. There will also be music and a 50/50 raffle. The event raises money for the Sgt. Christopher R. Hrbek Scholarship Fund, named for the Westwood marine who was killed in Afghanistan Jan. 14, 2010 at the age of 25.
Pricing: Spectators are free.
