MLK Day Event To Now Take Place Sometime in February

The "One School, Many Nations" event in honor of Martin Luther King Day which was originally scheduled for today will now take place sometime in February.

According to teacher Laura Czekaj, administrators decided to move the event in order to allow more time for planning. Last week’s snow day took away another crucial planning day for the event, she confirmed.

The event was spearheaded by junior class member Meron Aberha with the help of Czekaj and other administrators.  Students who volunteered will  set up displays in the school gym showcasing 32 cultures in celebration of diversity.
