Avetessian, who lives minutes away in Garfield, has told Patch he chose Hasbrouck Heights because he has always admired the Boulevard shopping area and always hoped it would one day be home to his own shop.

Previously he spent 11 years working in the jewelry business with his brother-in law and recently decided to go out on his own.  The shop is open every day except Sundays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. or by appointment.
