Clean Energy Company Leases Space At Heights Plaza

Hackensack-based real estate development firm Alfred Sanzari Enterprises recently announced that Wind Turbine & Energy Cables (WTEC) has signed a 17,200-square-foot office lease at Heights Plaza, located at 777 Terrace Ave. in Hasbrouck Heights. The energy supplier is relocating its corporate headquarters to Heights Plaza from Fort Lee, and expanding its square footage by 7,000 square feet.

The transaction was negotiated in-house by Stephen C. Jennings, Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ vice-president of leasing and marketing. Joe Tormen of Lee & Associates represented the tenant.

“We’re extremely pleased that Wind Turbine & Energy Cables made the decision to relocate and expand its Bergen County presence at Heights Plaza,” said Jennings. “This growing company joins a roster of successful tenants attracted to Heights Plaza’s incomparable location, upgraded office environment and first-class amenities.”

WTEC is an engineering, manufacturing, procurement and field installation company dedicated to the energy market.

Heights Plaza offers 200,000 square feet of office space on six floors. Amenities include abundant covered parking, on-site property management, an on-site cafeteria, a security/concierge center and Manhattan skyline views. Located across from the Hilton Hasbrouck Heights hotel and within two miles of Teterboro Airport, Heights Plaza is situated at the intersection of Route 17 and I-80, just minutes from the New Jersey Turnpike, Garden State Parkway and Route 46 and in close proximity to the George Washington Bridge.

Current space availabilities at Heights Plaza range from 2,500 to 20,000 square feet.
