Winning Powerball Ticket Sold In Bergen County
The ticket purchased at 7-Eleven on Liberty Street in Little Ferry didn't hit the jackpot but still came up big.

It may not have been the historic jackpot of $500,000,000, but someone who purchased a Powerball ticket in Bergen County did come up big Wednesday night.
A ticket purchased at 7-Eleven on Liberty Street in Little Ferry matched four white balls and the Powerball in Wednesday night’s drawing, winning $50,000.
The winning numbers for the Jan. 6 drawing were 2, 11, 47, 62, and Powerball 17.

There were five other winners in New Jersey who received $50,000 by matching four white balls and the Powerball. There was one $150,000 winning ticket in Morris County that matched four balls and the Powerball and was purchased with the Powerplay option.
Since there were no jackpot winners Wednesday night, the Powerball top prize is expected to reach nearly $800 million for Saturday’s drawing.
