1 Dead In Fatal Head-On Crash In Somerset County
The Somerset County Prosecutor's Office Collision Analysis Reconstruction Team and Franklin Township Police are investigating the crash.
FRANKLIN, NJ — One driver was killed in a fatal head-on crash in Franklin Township on Tuesday morning.
At 7:24 a.m., a 911 call reported a motor vehicle crash involving a head-on crash on Amwell Road near South Middlebush Road in Franklin, announced Somerset County Prosecutor John P. McDonald.
The driver and sole occupant of one of the vehicles was pronounced dead. The driver and passenger of the other vehicle sustained non-life-threatening injuries, according to McDonald.

The factors that contributed to the crash are currently under investigation by the Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office Collision Analysis Reconstruction Team and the Franklin Township Police Department’s Traffic Safety Bureau.
