16 DWI Arrests, Stolen Halloween Decorations Reported In Hillsborough

Hillsborough Police recently released its blotter for the month of October.

HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — Multiple driving while intoxicated arrests, shoplifting, car fire, and more were reported in the Hillsborough Police blotter for October.

Oct. 1: Jessica Vanessa Solano Bolanos, 32, of Basking Ridge was arrested for driving while intoxicated(DWI) while on a traffic stop on Route 206. She was processed and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.

Oct. 2: Jeffrey Wentz, 38, of Camden, was arrested for hindering (disorderly persons) after giving an officer a fake name while on a traffic stop on Hillcrest Road. He was processed and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.

Oct. 5: Valentin Guzman-Gamez, 42, of Skillman, was arrested for DWI while on a traffic stop on Route 206. He was processed and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.

Oct. 6: A resident on Brookside Lane reported a basement window was opened and someone moved items in the residence. Nothing was reported stolen, and the investigation is ongoing.

Oct. 7: Randy De La Marmolejos, 31, of Somerset, was arrested for DWI while on a traffic stop on Camplain Road. He was processed and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Courtdate.

Oct. 7: Erick Torres, 25, of Philadelphia, PA, was arrested for hindering (disorderly persons) and tampering with public documents (disorderly persons) while on a traffic stop on Route 206. He gave an officer a fake name and it was found the vehicle’s registration was fictitious. He was processed and released with Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.

Oct. 7: A 87-year-old resident of Hillsborough drove through the Sunny Day Car Wash (397 Rt. 206) causing damage to the building. A motor vehicle crash investigation is being conducted.

Oct. 8: Carlos Diaz, 32, of Hillsborough, was arrested for DWI while on a traffic stop on Valley Road. He was processed and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.

Oct. 9: Crystal Lee, 41, of Hillsborough, was charged with shoplifting (disorderly persons) after taking $87.75 worth of items from Weis Supermarket (315 Route 206) without paying. She was processed and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.

Oct. 9: Nataly Valencia, 37, of Bound Brook, was charged with shoplifting from Weis Supermarket (315 Route 206) after taking $301.31 worth of items without paying. She was served with a summons and given a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.

Oct. 9: Eugenie Acosta, 66, of Hillsborough, was charged with disorderly conduct (township ordinance) after calling 911 several times in 4 days without reporting an emergency. She was served with a summons and given a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.

Oct. 11: A resident of Eves Drive reported their unlocked Fiat was entered while parking in the parking lot. They reported $3,225 worth of barbershop razors were taken. The investigation is ongoing.

Oct. 12: Bryan Otavalo, 37, of Newark, was found to be in possession of a stolen New York license plate while on a traffic stop on Route 206. He was charged with receiving stolen property (disorderly persons), processed, and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.

Oct. 16: Cameron Boales, 33, of Show Low, AZ was arrested for DWI while on a suspicious vehicle check on Triangle Road. He was processed and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.

Oct. 16: Katy Ayala, 22, of New Brunswick, was arrested for DWI while on a traffic stop on Millstone River Road. She was processed and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.

Oct. 18: Shea Tomlinson, 28, of Flemington, was arrested for DWI while on a traffic stop on North Willow Road. He was processed and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.

Oct. 18: CVS (220 Triangle Road) reported a white female took $40 in cash off the counter and fled the store. The investigation is ongoing.

Oct. 18: A resident of Taurus Drive reported a rock was thrown through their window between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. He had no suspects and the investigation is ongoing.

Oct. 19: Daniel Leinback, 28, of Hillsborough, was arrested for DWI while on a traffic stop on Roycefield Road. He was processed and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.

Oct. 19: A resident of Michelle Lane reported a $400 chain saw was taken from their shed a week before the report. The shed’s lock was broken off and the owner did not have any suspects. The investigation is ongoing.

Oct. 20: Madelay Schroeder, 42, of Manville, was arrested for DWI while on a traffic stop on Camplain Road. He was processed and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.

Oct. 20: A resident of Woods Road reported a blow-up Halloween decoration worth $300 and extension cords worth $25 were stolen from their front yard. There are no suspects and the investigation is ongoing.

Oct. 20: A resident of Pembroke Terrace reported pirate-themed Halloween decorations were taken from the front yard overnight. They valued the items at $250. The investigation is ongoing.

Oct. 20: Alison Noguera, 25, of Bound Brook, was arrested for DWI while on a traffic stop on Camplain Road. She was processed and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.

Oct. 21: A vehicle fire was reported at the Shell Station (600 Rt. 206) that was extinguished by Hillsborough Fire Department. The fire was seen coming from the engine compartment of the 2014 Honda Accord. No injuries were reported, and there was no damage to the property. The fire was deemed not suspicious.

Oct. 24: Joel Hernandez, 25, of Somerville, was arrested for DWI while on a traffic stop on Dukes Parkway East. He was processed and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.

Oct. 24: A resident of Wesley Road reported two patio chairs were taken from his backyard sometime between Oct. 19 and the time of the report. He valued the chairs at $300. There are no suspects currently and the investigation is ongoing.

Oct. 25: Roberto Argueta, 41, of Flemington, was arrested for DWI while on a traffic stop on Route 206. He was processed and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.

Oct. 26: Griffin Tollefsen, 27, of Belle Mead, was arrested for DWI while on a motor vehicle crash investigation on Route 206. He was processed and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.

Oct. 26: Cibil Malappuram, 38, of East Brunswick, was arrested for DWI while on a traffic stop on Dukes Parkway East. He was processed and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.

Oct. 27: Jose Herrera, 50, of Dunellen, was arrested for DWI while on a traffic stop on Camplain Road. He was processed and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.

Oct. 27: Masoud Abedini, 40, of Princeton, was arrested for DWI while on a traffic stop on Route 206. He was processed and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.

Oct. 28: Maico Navarro, 39, of Raritan was arrested for DWI while on a traffic stop on Route 206. He was processed and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.

Oct. 30: Rajesh Rajeshirke, 52, of Hillsborough, was charged with illegal dumping (township ordinance) after police said he put garbage in a private dumpster at 450 Amwell Road. He was served with a summons and given a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.
