2 Flemington Women Ran Oxycodone Ring Out Of Home: US Attorney
Michele Call, 63, and Nelida Rios, 55, allegedly ran the ring out of their homes. They allegedly distributed thousands of Oxycodone pills.

FLEMINGTON, NJ — Two Flemington women were arrested for allegedly running a drug ring that distributed thousands of Oxycodone pills out of their homes, authorities announced.
Michele Call, 63, and Nelida Rios, 55, both of Flemington along with Alicia Balaban, 35, of Wellington, Florida and Marie DeJulia, 42, of Lodi are each charged by criminal complaint with one count of conspiracy to distribute Oxycodone, according to U.S. Attorney Craig Carpenito.
Balaban, who is Calls’s daughter and DeJulia’s friend, is the alleged leader of the drug trafficking conspiracy.

Balaban, Call and Rios allegedly worked together from April 2016 through January 2018 to get prescriptions for Oxycodone, fill them at pharmacies in Flemington and then allegedly distributed thousands of the pills to DeJulia from Call and Rios' homes, Carpenito said.
The distribution charge carries a minimum penalty of 10 years in persion, with a maximum of life, and a $10 million fine.
