2 Hillsborough Locals Arrested At Bridgewater Commons Mall

The charges include shoplifting and disorderly conduct, police report.

BRIDGEWATER, NJ — Two Hillsborough locals were arrested recently at the Bridgewater Commons Mall, according to the Bridgewater Police Blotter.

On Nov. 23: Holly Kachorsky, 34, of Hillsborough was arrested for shoplifting merchandisewith an approximate value of $619 from the Apple Store at the Bridgewater Commons Mall.Kachorsky was charged with shoplifting. She was processed and released with a pending court appearance.

On Nov. 16: Rubinder Bains, 41, from Hillsborough was arrested for disorderly conduct,obstruction of justice and having outstanding warrants, while at the Cheesecake Factory, located at the Bridgewater Commons Mall. Bains was issued summonses for the above charges and released with a pending court appearance.

On Nov. 18: Yefim Faynvets, 60, of Staten Island, New York was arrested for shoplifting merchandise with an approximate value of $181 from Macys at the Bridgewater Commons Mall. Faynvets was charged with shoplifting. He was processed for the arrest and released with a pending court appearance.

On Nov. 24: Marissa Chambon, 21, of Bridgewater was arrested for shoplifting merchandise
with an approximate value of $66 from Target located at the Bridgewater Promenade. Chambon
was charged with shoplifting. She was processed and released with a pending court appearance.

On Nov. 20 at about 8:15 p.m.: A resident of Chestnut Street reported an attempted burglary to
their residence. The unknown actor fled the area prior to police arrival.

On Nov. 25: A resident of Bayley Court reported a burglary to their residence. The unknown actors
removed jewelry.

On Nov. 11: A resident from New York was shopping at Bloomingdales located at the Bridgewater Commons Mall, when an unknown female suspect stole the victim’s wallet. The unknown suspect then used the victim’s credit cards to make unauthorized purchases at Target and Macy’s.

On Nov. 16: Jack Cohen, 21, from Bridgewater was arrested for possession of a controlled
dangerous substance (CDS), after being stopped for motor vehicle violations on Route 22 east. After being processed for the arrest, Cohen was issued the following motor vehicle summonses and criminal complaints: failure to maintain lane, possession of CDS in a motor vehicle, failure to exhibit an insurance card, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released with a pending court appearance in Bridgewater Municipal Court.
