2 Hillsborough Massage Parlors Cited For Multiple Violations
Police discovered the violations during massage license application inspections, according to the blotter.
HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — Two massage parlors in the Township were cited recently for multiple violations, including employing unlicensed therapists.
Kang Da Health Center
On Dec. 17, while on a massage license inspection of Kang Da Health Center (284 Rt. 206) Michaels Corathers, 66, of Vineland, was charged with failure to maintain a file for inspection (Township Ordinance), owner to ensure employee compliance (Township Ordinance), maintaining a nuisance (Disorderly Persons), and unsworn falsifications to authorities (Dirsorderly Persons).

Hsiu Ling Liu, 58, of Hillsborough, was charged with unlicensed massage therapist (Township Ordinance), and failure to maintain a license (Township Ordinance).
They were advised of their Hillsborough Township Municipal Court dates, said police.

Elegant Spa
On Dec. 26, while on a massage license application inspection of Elegant Spa (856 Rt. 206) Kennth Brice, 79, of Hillsborough, was charged with unsworn falsifications to authorities (Disorderly Persons) and maintaining a nuisance (Disorderly Persons).
Two other staff members were also charged with violations.
Jing Zi Yu, 55, of Hillsborough, was charged with unsworn falsifications to authorities(Disorderly Persons), maintaining a nuisance (Disorderly Persons), unlicensed massage therapist (Township Ordinance), violations of operations requirements (Township Ordinance), and no display of license or permits (Township Ordinance).
Hogshu Lin, 54, of Palisades Park, was charged with unsworn falsifications to authorities (Disorderly Persons), maintaining a nuisance (Disorderly Persons), unlicensed massage therapist (Township Ordinance), and responsibilities of owner/license holder (Township Ordinance).
They were served and given a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.
