288 Coronavirus Cases, 31 Deaths: Latest Hillsborough Update
The latest on the coronavirus outbreak in Hillsborough and Somerset County as of Monday, May 11.
HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — Hillsborough is reporting 3 new cases bringing the township's total to 288 confirmed cases and 31 deaths of the coronavirus as of Monday. Looking at the overall numbers, just under 14 percent of the confirmed cases in Hillsborough have died.
Hillsborough will also host a virtual committee meeting on Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. The meeting agenda can be found on the public portal.

Somerset County has a total of 4,093 cases and 335 deaths as of Monday, according to the state. Franklin Township is the hardest hit in the county with 1,117 cases and 94 deaths followed by Bridgewater and Bernards Township in terms of death rate.

- Manville Borough: 128 cases (4 deaths)
- Millstone Borough: 2 cases (0 deaths)
- Montgomery Township: 93 cases (4 deaths)
- North Plainfield Borough: 284 cases (28 deaths)
- Peapack-Gladstone Borough: 38 cases (1 death)
- Raritan Borough: 87 cases (5 deaths)
