3 Hillsborough Drivers Among 6 Charged With DWI

Two other Hillsborough residents were also charged with obstruction and drug possession recently.

HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — Three Hillsborough residents were among six people to be charged with driving while intoxicated recently, township police report.

Hillsborough Police blotter:

On Nov. 28: Miguel Ramirez, 22, of Hillsborough was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated after being stopped by police on Amwell Road. He was also issued summonses for improper turn signal, failure to maintain lane, and careless driving. He was released pending a court appearance.

On Dec. 8: Austin Brock, 25, of Princeton, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated after being stopped by police. He was released pending a court appearance.

On Dec. 12: Akhtar Farzane, 38, of Somerville was arrested and charged with obstruction of administration of law after refusing to provide required documentation to police during a motor vehicle stop. He was released pending a court appearance.

On Dec. 18: Jason Pohero, 47, of Neshanic Station, was arrested for driving while intoxicated after being stopped on Amwell Road. He was also issued summonses for failure to maintain lane, failure to possess registration, failure to possess insurance document, and refusal to submit to breath test. He was released with a court date.

On Dec. 19: Kevin Hanrahan, 57, of Ringwood, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated after a motor vehicle crash. He was also issued summonses for careless driving, failure to report accident, and leaving the scene of an accident. He was released pending a court appearance.

On Dec. 20: James Burke Jr., 19, of Hillsborough, was charged with obstruction of administration of law and disorderly conduct during an incident at CVS. Burke Jr. continually interfered with an officer’s investigation during a disorderly person complaint. He was issued summonses at the scene and given a court date.

On Dec. 21: Dominique Oullet-Carmen, 56, of Hillsborough, was arrested for driving while intoxicated after being stopped on Route 206. She was also issued summonses for failure to observe traffic control device, and failure to maintain lane. She was released and given a court date.

On Dec. 27: Samantha Dyevoich, 30, of Manville, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated after being stopped on Dukes Parkway East. She was also charged with the following motor vehicle violations: failure to maintain lane, failure to exhibit documents, and careless driving. She was released pending a court appearance.

On Dec. 28: Christine Capuno, 35, of Hillsborough, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated after being involved in a motor vehicle crash on Route 206. She was also issued summonses for careless driving, reckless driving, failure to exhibit license, failure to exhibit registration, failure to exhibit insurance, tailgating, creating risk of motor vehicle accident. She was released with a court date.

On Dec. 28: Rebecca Peason, 29, of Hillsborough, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia during a car stop. She was also issued the following motor vehicle summonses: unregistered vehicle, failure to inspect, and possession of controlled dangerous substance(CDS) in a motor vehicle. She was released with a court date.
