4 Drug, 1 DWI Arrests Made In Montgomery

Montgomery Police arrested 4 people on drug-related charges and 1 for driving while intoxicated, according to the police blotter.

MONTGOMERY, NJ — Montgomery Police arrested four people on drug-related charges and one for driving while intoxicated, according to the police blotter.

Montgomery Police Blotter:

On March 14 at approximately 11:30 p.m.: Logan Hall, 18, of Belle Mead, was arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Hall was pulled over for operating a vehicle with an expired registration on US Hwy 206. An odor of marijuana was detected which led to a search of the vehicle and the recovery of suspect marijuana, a smoking pipe, and a marijuana grinder. Hall was arrested and transported to Montgomery Township Police Headquarters for arrest processing. Hall was charged with possession of marijuana under 50 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia. Hall was released pending a court appearance in the Montgomery Township Municipal Court.

On March 20 at approximately 10 a.m.: Tameka Roberts, 22, of Ewing and Aladjuan Jones, 25, of Skillman were arrested for contempt of court and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. A vehicle operated by Roberts was pulled over for failure to display a valid inspection decal on Cherry Valley Road. Further investigation revealed Roberts was driving suspended and had warrants from Ewing Township Municipal Court and Raritan Township Municipal Court. Jones was found to have warrants from Princeton Municipal Court. During a search of the vehicle drug paraphernalia was recovered in addition to marijuana. Roberts and Jones were arrested and transported to Montgomery Township Police Headquarters for arrest processing. Roberts was issued traffic tickets for operating suspended, operating uninsured, failure to inspect, and was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. Jones was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana under 50 grams. Both were released pending a court appearance in the Montgomery Township Municipal Court.

On March 19 at approximately 12 p.m.: Oscar Bucaro-Guerra, 23, of Manville was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia. Bucaro-Guerra was seen operating a vehicle with an expired inspection decal and an inoperable brake lamp on County Rte. 601. An odor of marijuana was detected in the vehicle and police conducted a search. The search led to the recovery of drug paraphernalia used for snorting controlled dangerous substances. Bucaro-Guerra was arrested and transported to Montgomery Township Police Headquarters for arrest processing. Bucaro-Guerra was issued traffic tickets for failure to inspect and maintenance of lamps. Bucaro-Guerra was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and released pending a court appearance in the Montgomery Township Municipal Court.

On April 3 at approximately 9:30 p.m.: John Menon, 25, of Belle Mead was arrested for driving while intoxicated. Menon was stopped on Green Avenue for operating a vehicle with no front license plate and an inoperable headlamp. Menon was arrested after police conducted field sobriety examinations. Menon was transported to Montgomery Township Police Headquarters for arrest processing. Menon was issued traffic tickets for DWI, no front license plate, and maintenance of lamps and was released pending an appearance in the Montgomery Township Municipal Court.
