4 Hillsborough Police Officers Promoted

The officers were promoted to fill vacancies in the positions of Captain, Lieutenant, and Sergeant.

HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — The Hillsborough Township Committee promoted four police officers from the Department to fill vacancies in the positions of Captain, Lieutenant, and Sergeant.

Sworn in on April 9 were:

  • Lieutenant Jeremy Cuomo has been promoted to Captain
  • Sergeant Joseph Paschall has been promoted to Lieutenant
  • Corporal David Brown has been promoted to Sergeant
  • Corporal Kulbeer Singh has been promoted to Sergeant

"Congratulations to all on your outstanding achievements and for being instrumental in keeping Hillsborough one of the best and safest places to live in America," said the Township.
