4 Marijuana, 1 DWI Arrest Made In Hillsborough
A Hillsborough local was among 4 people to be arrested for possession of marijuana, according to the police blotter.

HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — A Hillsborough local was among four people to be arrested for possession of marijuana, according to the police blotter.
On Aug. 28: Sean Thomas, 24, of Neshanic Station was arrested for possession of marijuana after being stopped in his vehicle on Route 206. He was also charged with possession of controlled dangerous substance (CDS) in a motor vehicle and failure to maintain his vehicle's lamps. He was processed and released pending a court appearance.
On Aug. 31: Nelson Duarte, 19, of Raritan was arrested for possession of marijuana after being stopped in his vehicle on Johanson Avenue. He was also charged with possession of CDS in a motor vehicle, failure to stop and failure to maintain his vehicle's lamps. He was processed and released pending a court appearance.

On Sept. 2: Jason Poremba, 19, of Hillsborough was arrested for possession of marijuana after being stopped in his vehicle on Route 206. He was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and having an unregistered vehicle with fictitious plates. He was processed and released pending a court appearance.
On Sept. 11: Kwaku Donyina, 28, of Somerset was arrested for possession of marijuana after being stopped in his vehicle on Route 206. He was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and issued several summonses for motor vehicle violations. He was processed and turned over to the Somerset County Sheriff's Department on an outstanding arrest warrant.

On Sept. 13: Ivan Oliveras-Ocasio, 29, of Somerville was arrested for DWI after his vehicle became disabled on Route 206 as a result of reportedly striking a curb. He was issued additional summonses for having an open container of alcohol in the vehicle and careless driving. He was processed and released pending a court appearance.
