5 Hillsborough Drivers Charged With DWI
Two other Hlllsborough locals were also charged with drug possession and criminal trespassing, police said.
HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — Five Hillsborough drivers were charged with driving while intoxicated in the township, police said.
Hillsborough Police blotter:
On Aug. 16: Robert Bernard, 23, of Hillsborough was arrested for driving while intoxicated following a motor vehicle crash on Conover Drive. He was also charged with leaving the scene of an accident, failure to report accident, failure to exhibit registration, reckless driving, careless driving, failure to keep right, failure to stop, unsafe vehicle, and maintenance of lamps. He was processed and released pending a court appearance.

On Aug. 24: Richard Labracio, 26, of Hillsborough, was charged with criminal trespassing, obstruction of the administration of law, and resisting arrest after entering a closed business on Amwell Road and attempting to flee from the police. He was processed and released pending a court appearance.
On Aug. 25: Matthew Williams, 20, of Hillsborough, was arrested for driving while intoxicated following a motor vehicle crash on Wescott Road. He was also charged with reckless driving, leaving the scene of an accident, and failure to report an accident. He was processed and released pending a court appearance.

On Aug. 25: Isata Mansary, 77, of Somerset was charged with theft after removing items from a patient’s room at Bridgeway Care Center. She was issued a summons and a court appearance is pending.
On Aug. 31: Jessica Wendroff, 41, of Hillsborough, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated following a motor vehicle crash on Auten Road. She was also charged with unsafe vehicle, hazardous tires, delaying traffic, careless driving, failure to report an accident, and failure to maintain lane. She was processed and released pending a court appearance.
On Aug. 31: Michael Hansford, 63, of Hillsborough, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated after being stopped by police on Route 206. He was also charged with failure to maintain lane, unclear plates, and failure to keep right. He was processed and released pending a court appearance.
On Sept. 1: Scott Burd, 51, of Hillsborough, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated after being stopped by police on Triangle Road. He was also charged with improper lighting, and failure to change lanes away from emergency vehicles. He was processed and released pending a court appearance.
On Sept. 5: Jaysmith Lopez-Calderon, 20, of Manville, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated following a motor vehicle crash on Camplain Road. He was also charged with provisional driver decal requirement, failure to exhibit insurance card, uninsured motor vehicle, failure to notify Motor Vehicle Commission of address change, throwing debris from vehicle, failure to maintain lane, careless driving, driving in an unsafe manner, leaving the scene of an accident, and failure to report an accident. He was processed and released pending a court appearance.
On Sept. 6: Emily Raber, 19, of Hillsborough, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana after being stopped by police. She was also charged with speeding and possession of controlled dangerous substance(CDS) in a motor vehicle. She was processed and released pending a court appearance.
