6 Hillsborough Locals Arrested For DWI, Marijuana Possession
A total of six Hillsborough locals were arrested for charges including driving while intoxicated and marijuana possession, police report.

HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — A total of six Hillsborough locals were arrested for charges including driving while intoxicated and marijuana possession, according to the police blotter.
Hillsborough Police Blotter:
On Nov. 10: Rennell Moreau, 23, Newark was arrested for possession of marijuana after being stopped in her vehicle on Rt. 206. She was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and issued summonses for having controlled dangerous substance(CDS) in a motor vehicle and using a hand held cell phone while driving. She was processed and released pending a court appearance.

On Nov. 17: Panell Thornton, 19, of Skillman was arrested for possession of marijuana after being stopped in her vehicle on Rt. 206 at Amwell Road. She was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and issued summonses for having CDS in a motor vehicle, failing to maintain vehicle lamps and failing to exhibit documents. She was processed and released pending a court appearance.
On Nov. 17: Pedro Yera, 22, of Camden was arrested for possession of marijuana after being stopped in his vehicle on Rt. 206 and Omni Drive. He was also charged with failing to deliver CDS to a police officer and possession of paraphernalia. He was issued summonses for having CDS in a motor vehicle and failing to maintain the vehicle lamps. He was processed and released pending a court appearance.

On Nov. 22: Kris Knudson, 64, of Manville was arrested for driving while intoxicated after a motor vehicle stop on Rt. 206 at Amwell Road. He was also issued a summons for failing to obey the traffic signal. He was
processed and released pending a court appearance.
On Nov. 25: Alexander Macphee, 19, and Nikhil Patel, 18, both of Hillsborough were arrested and charged with possession of marijuana after a motor vehicle stop on Auten Road. Nikhil Patel was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and issued summonses for having CDS in a motor vehicle and speeding. Both were processed and released pending a court appearance.
On Nov. 27: Oscar Lainezcallejas, 27, of Flemington was arrested for driving while intoxicated during a motor vehicle stop on Amwell Road. He was issued additional summonses for failing to stop before making a right turn at a red traffic signal and making an improper turn. He was processed and released pending a court appearance.
On Dec. 2: William Ramirez Jr., 62, of Somerville was arrested for driving while intoxicated after a motor vehicle stop on Rt. 206 and New Amwell Road. He was issued additional summonses for careless driving, failing to maintain a lane, having an uninsured vehicle and failing to exhibit a registration. He was processed and released pending a court appearance.
On Dec. 6: Joan Kozlowski, 61, of Hillsbrough was arrested for driving while intoxicated as a result of a motor vehicle crash on Rt. 206 and Brooks Blvd. She was issued additional summonses for careless driving and having an uninsured vehicle. She was processed and released pending a court appearance.
On Dec. 9: Danielle Bone, 27, of Hillsborough was arrested for driving while intoxicated as a result of a motor vehicle stop near Amwell Road. She was issued additional summonses for failing to maintain a lane, and failing to exhibit a driver license, registration and insurance card. She was processed and released pending a court appearance.
On Dec. 10: Manish Amin, 47, of Hillsborough was arrested for driving while intoxicated after being stopped in his vehicle on Rt. 206 and Meadowbrook Drive. During the stop, Amin also provided a false name. He was additionally charged with hindering apprehension. He was issued additional summonses for failing to install an interlock device and for driving while suspended. Amin also was found to have two outstanding warrants from Hillsborough Municipal Court. He was processed and lodged in the Somerset County Jail.
On Dec. 15: Falaq Mughal, 23, of Pinebrook was arrested for driving while intoxicated after being involved in a motor vehicle crash on River Road. He was issued additional motor vehicle summonses for careless driving and failing to maintain a lane. He was processed and released pending a court appearance.
On Dec. 20: Steve Pultorak, 54, of Hillsborough was arrested for driving while intoxicated after being stopped in his motor vehicle on Eger Lane. He was also issued summonses for DWI in a school zone, and failing to stop for an emergency vehicle. He was processed and released pending a court appearance.
