7 Cars Burglarized, 1 Stolen, All Unlocked In Montgomery
The stolen motor vehicle was left unlocked with the keys left inside, Montgomery Police reported.
MONTGOMERY, NJ — Montgomery Police are investigating a rash of car burglaries after seven unlocked vehicles were burglarized and one unlocked vehicle was stolen in one night.
All of the burglarized vehicles had been parked in the driveways overnight with the doors unlocked. The stolen motor vehicle was left unlocked with the keys left in the vehicle, police said.
Police are reminding all residents to lock their homes and vehicles to help deter this type of activity.

The burglaries happened during the overnight hours of May 24 into May 25 on Fawn Drive, Oak Ridge Drive, Stacy Drive, and Grayson Drive, police said.
The stolen vehicle was later found in the township on May 25.
