7 Hillsborough Locals Arrested For Drugs, DWI: Blotter

Hillsborough Police report arrested 6 township locals for marijuana possession and 1 for driving while intoxicated.

HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — Hillsborough Police report arrested six township locals for marijuana possession and one for driving while intoxicated, according to the police blotter.

Hillsborough Police Blotter:

On June 24: Guido Fromm, 24, of Somerset was arrested for possession of marijuana after being stopped in a vehicle that he was a passenger in on Amwell Road and Raider Blvd. He was processed and released pending a court appearance.

On June 28: Kyle Zackeru, 20, of Hillsborough was arrested for possession of marijuana after being stopped in his vehicle on Rt. 206. He was issued additional summonses for having controlled dangerous substance (CDS) in a motor vehicle and failing to maintain vehicle lamps. He was processed and released pending a court appearance.

On June 29: Kyle Bogado, 18 and Gabriella Quagliato, 18, both of Hillsborough were arrested for possession of marijuana after being stopped in a vehicle on Gemini Drive. Both were also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. Bogado was issued an additional summonses for having CDS in a motor vehicle. Both were processed and released pending a court appearance.

On June 29: Andrew Cataldi, 21, of Marlton was arrested for possession of marijuana as a result of a suspicious person investigation in the parking lot of the Days Inn. He was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. He was processed and released pending a court appearance.

On July 4: Alex Dimitrov-Kuhl, 19 and David Spinrad, 19, both of Hillsborough were arrested for possession of marijuana after being stopped in a vehicle in the Sourland Park. Both were also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and being in the park after hours. Dimitrov-Kuhl was also issued a summonses for having CDS in a motor vehicle. Both were processed and released pending a court appearance.

On July 14: William Pepe, 28, of Cinnaminson was arrested for driving while intoxicated after being stopped in his vehicle in the Wawa parking lot as a result of a motor vehicle complaint. He was issued additional summonses for having open alcoholic beverages in a vehicle and failing to exhibit insurance. He was processed and released pending a court appearance.

On July 17: Daniel Behn, 42, of Somerville was arrested for hindering apprehension after being stopped in his vehicle on Rt. 206. During the stop, Behn provided false information to police regarding his identity. He was issued additional summonses for driving while suspended and having an obstructed windshield. He was processed and released pending a court appearance.

On July 18: Paige Hammons, 18, of Hammons was arrested for possession of marijuana after being stopped in her vehicle on Rt. 206 ad Dukes Parkway West. She was issued additional summonses for possession of CDS in a motor vehicle and failing to maintain lamps. She was processed and released pending a court appearance.

On July 26: Ian Smith, 20, of Hillsborough was arrested for possession of marijuana after being stopped in his vehicle on Banor Drive. He was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. He was issued additional summonses for having CDS in a motor vehicle and failing to wear seat belt. He was processed and released pending a court appearance.

On July 28: Thomas Applegate, 57, of Hillsborough was arrested for driving while intoxicated after his vehicle became stuck on the railroad tracks on Sunnymead Road. He was issued an additional summonses for careless driving. He was processed and released pending a court appearance.

On July 28: Zachary Sopko, 20, of Hillsborough was arrested for possession of marijuana after his vehicle was located in the Hillsborough Middle School parking lot. He was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. He was processed and released pending a court appearance.
