8 Charged With Driving While Intoxicated In Hillsborough
A Bridgewater man was also charged with thefts of delivered packages in Hillsborough, according to the police blotter.
HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — Hillsborough Police recently arrested eight people for driving while intoxicated.
Hillsborough Police Blotter:
On Sept. 5: A 25-year-old Bound Brook man was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated after being stopped by police on Amwell Road. He was also charged with careless driving, reckless driving, unregistered vehicle and failure to keep right. He was released with a
court date.

On Sept. 10: Tre Thigpen, 22, of Bridgewater was arrested and charged with two counts of theft after police responded to a report of thefts of delivered packages on Revere Court. He was released with a court date.

On Sept. 10: A 56-year-old Hillsborough man was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated after being stopped by police on Hamilton Road. He was also charged with refusal to submit breath samples, reckless driving and obstructing passage of other vehicles. He was released with a court date.

On Sept. 19: John Janner, 57, of Hillsborough was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated as a result of a motor vehicle crash on Hamilton Road. He was also issued summonses for open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, reckless driving, careless driving and failure to maintain lane. He was released with a court date.
On Sept. 22: A 59-year-old Hillsborough woman was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated after being stopped by police on East Mountain Road. She was also issued summonses for improper use of high beams, following too closely, expired registration, careless driving and
reckless driving. She was released with a court date.
On Sept. 24: Parag Trivedi, 33, of Hillsborough was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated as a result of a motor vehicle crash on Route 206. He was also charged with failure to maintain lane and careless driving. He was released with a court date.
On Oct. 9: A 19-year-old Hillsborough man was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated after being stopped by police on Amwell Road. He was also issued summonses for failure to stop at a posted stop sign and failure to maintain lane. He was released with a court date.
On Oct. 26: George Menon, 33, of Belle Mead was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated after police responded to a motor vehicle complaint at a Route 206 business. He was also charged with obstruction of justice, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to inspect, careless driving, maintenance of lamps, driving while suspended and failure to exhibit documents. He was released with a court date.
On Oct. 29: A 32-year-old Hillsborough man was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated after being stopped by police on Beekman Lane. He was also issued a summons for prohibited parking. He was released with a court date.
