DWI, Theft, Shoplifting Reported In Hillsborough

Hillsborough Police released its blotter for March.

HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — DWI arrests, theft, shoplifting, and more were reported recently in Hillsborough.

March 1: Officers responded to the McDonald's (410 Rt. 206) in response to a report of 10 to 12 juvenile boys fighting in the parking lot. All parties fled the scene before the Hillsborough Township Police's arrival. The investigation is ongoing.

March 2: Sergio Zunigacalderone, 25, of Manville, was charged with displaying a fake registration (disorderly persons) on his vehicle while on a traffic stop on the Route 206 Bypass. He was charged and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.

March 2: A resident on Mill Lane reported that a wallet and a fanny pack were stolen from his unlocked vehicle. This occurred at Kingsbridge Center (378 South Branch Road). The investigation is ongoing.

March 3: Robert McCray, 68, of Flemington, was charged with creating a nuisance (township ordinance) after he was seen taking items from a food donation box in the Municipal Building. He was served his summons and advised of his Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.

March 3: Gideon Agyemano, 28, of Staten Island, NY, was charged with soliciting without a permit (township ordinance) after he was found on Lindstrom Drive selling solar panels door-to-door. He was served his summons and
advised of his Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.

March 4: Jerrell Lowery, 35, of Queens, NY, was charged with theft (disorderly persons) after an investigation from October 2025 found he was using a stolen credit card to buy gas for acquittances while working at the Quick Check (273 Rt. 206). He was served his charge and advised of his Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.

March 5: David Deoliveria, 59, of Stockon, was arrested for driving while intoxicated(DWI) while on a traffic stop on Auten Road. He was processed and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.

March 6: Michael Curran, 21, of Lebanon, was charged with defiant trespass (disorderly persons) after returning to the Days Inn (118 Rt. 206) when he was told not to by Hillsborough Police officers and staff. He was charged and advised of his Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.

March 7: Tammy Levine, 60, of Stewartsville, was charged with theft (disorderly persons) after an investigation in February found she had stolen $600 from residents at
the All-American Assisted Living (351 Rt. 206). She was processed and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.

March 8: Lina Herrera, 48, of Hillsborough, was arrested for DWI while on a traffic stop on Farm Road. She was processed and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court
date.

March 8: Officers responded to the abandoned 390 Rt. 206 building for the report of a burglary in progress. Once on scene, three juvenile suspects were found in the area and turned over to their parents. The investigation is ongoing.

March 9: Red Oak Garden Center from White House Station reported a skid steer was stolen from the area of Spratt Court. It was valued at $10,000. The investigation is ongoing.

March 11: Jemit Patel, 31, of Dayton, was arrested for obstruction (disorderly persons) after he refused to exit his vehicle while on a traffic stop on Route 206. He was
processed and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.

March 13: Ann Marie Blacknell, 47, of Hillsborough, and Vanessa Powell, 41, of Hillsborough, were arrested for shoplifting (disorderly persons) $26.88 worth of alcohol from Vineborough Liquors (315 Rt. 206). They were both
processed and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.

March 14: Angelo Falzarano, 64, of Union, was arrested for DWI while on a traffic stop at the Days Inn (118 Rt. 206). He was processed and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.

Match 14: Ernest Miles, 38, of Trenton, was charged with eluding after he fled from officers trying to stop him. This was after fleeing a motor vehicle crash on Amwell Road. He was served his charge and advised of his Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.

March 15: Joshua Brown-Campbell, 25, of Berlin, was arrested for DWI while on a traffic stop on Hillsborough Road. He was processed and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.

March 17: A resident of Bridgeway Care (395 Amwell Road) reported that a necklace was stolen from her room. She valued it at $4,3000. The investigation is ongoing.

March 18: Anna Mae Colbaugh, 38, of Branchburg, was charged with disorderly conduct (disorderly persons) after she refused to leave a room at the Days Inn (118 Rt. 206). She was served her charge and given a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.

March 19: A Norton Road resident reported clothing and jewelry stolen from her home sometime since August 2025. She valued the items at $3,650. The investigation is ongoing.

March 20: Otto Orozco-Garcia, 45, of Hillsborough, was arrested for DWI while on a traffic stop on Sunnymead Road. He was processed and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.

March 20: Burce Pardes, 26, of Bloomfield, and Fernando Giron, 25, of Monmouth Junction, were charged with soliciting without a permit (township ordinance) after they were seen going door-to-door on Triangle Road. They were served their summonses and given a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.

March 21: Nicolas Barrera, 27, of Hillsborough, was charged with disorderly conduct (township ordinance) after he was found on Holecomb Drive intoxicated and causing a disturbance. He was served his charge and advised of his Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.

March 21: Walton Li, 47, of Hillsborough, was found to be intoxicated while walking on Route 206. When speaking to officers, he was antagonistic and uncooperative. He was arrested for disorderly conduct (disorderly persons) and obstruction (disorderly persons). He was processed, served his charges, given a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date, and released.

March 21: Victor Muglia, 66, of Hillsborough, was arrested for DWI while on a motor vehicle crash investigation on Amwell Road. He was processed and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.

March 22: Alberto Porras, 59, of Manville, was found soliciting landscaping services to people in the parking lot of the Shoprite (601 Rt. 206). He was charged with soliciting without a permit (township ordinance) and given a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.

March 22: An employee of Applebee's (315 Rt. 206) reported she left her wallet in the bathroom while on break, and it was gone when she went to find it. The wallet contained $1,000 in cash, her identification, and credit cards. The investigation is ongoing.

March 22: Kareem Shahat, 41, of Hillsborough, was arrested for DWI while on a traffic stop on Valley Road. He was processed and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.

March 22: Joaquin Chachernandez, 53, of Raritan, was arrested for DWI while on a traffic stop on Route 206. He was processed and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.

March 24: Sheldon Rodgers, 56, of New Brunswick, was arrested for hindering (disorderly persons) after he provided a fake name to officers while on a traffic stop on Camplain Road. He was processed and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.

March 25: Julio Nino, 45, of Stafford, TX, was arrested for DWI while on a traffic stop on Dukes Parkway West. He was processed and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.

March 25: Jonathan Kimball, 44, of Parsippany, and Todd Schmanko, 49, of Freehold, were charged with soliciting without a permit (township ordinance) when they were found trying to sell people stereos in the Lowes (315 Rt. 206)
parking lot. They were served their summonses and given a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.

March 27: Joseph Colletto, 19, of East Brunswick, and Kevin Mathews, 22, of Edison, were located soliciting door-to-door on Claremont Drive. They were charged with soliciting without a permit (township ordinance) and advised of their Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.

March 28: Taylor Fabbo, 32, of Hillsborough, was arrested for DWI while on a traffic stop on Amwell Road. He was processed and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.

March 28: Frank Kunz, 33, of Hillsborough, was arrested for DWI while on a traffic stop on Amwell Road. He was processed and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.

March 28: Walgreens (706 Rt. 206) reported two men bought $1,750 worth of gift cards from the store. After they had left, employees found they had activated the cards and conducted all the transactions as cash, despite not paying cash. The staff believed the men had manipulated the credit card machine. The investigation is ongoing.

March 28: Gregory Horton, 63, of Bound Brook, was arrested for shoplifting (disorderly persons) after Lowes (315 Rt. 206) found he had stolen $1,200 worth of items while working there. He was processed and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.

March 28: Kirstijan Oreski, 46, of Princeton, reported his wallet was stolen while at the Farmer’s Market (626 Rt. 206). He valued the wallet at $327 and reported his credit cards were already being used at different stores in the area. The investigation is ongoing.

March 29: Joseph Raymond, 32, of Walnutport, PA was arrested for DWI while on a vehicle check on Haynes Court. He was processed and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.

March 29: John Hanas, 56, of Linden, was arrested for DWI while on a traffic stop on Route 206. He was processed and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.

March 31: A resident of Flemington reported $1,800 worth of dirt bike gear was stolen from a property on Zion Road. The investigation is ongoing.
