HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — Motorcycles, ATVs, a dirt bike, and license plates were all reported stolen in Hillsborough in April, according to the police blotter.

On April 1: Jorge Salazar-Guerrero, 35, of Somerville, was arrested for DWI while on a traffic stop on Park Ave. He was processed and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.
On April 1: A Hillsborough resident reported paying an online travel agent $7,000 for a vacation, only to find no hotel or resort accommodations were booked. The travel agent could not be contacted or located when the victim was trying to find out what had happened. The investigation is ongoing.
On April 2: Roy Chanson, 70, of Princeton, was arrested for DWI while on a traffic stop on Amwell Road. He was processed and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.
On April 2: Royer Perez-Mecenario, 21, of Hillsborough, was arrested for hindering (disorderly persons) and littering (disorderly persons) after he refused to provide his information or identification while his vehicle was sitting on the shoulder of Amwell Road with litter around it. He was processed and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.
On April 4: A resident on Treeman Lane reported that two of his motorcycles were stolen overnight from the parking lot. The victim stated he heard and saw his Harley Davidson and Yamaha leaving the parking lot. The investigation is ongoing.
On April 4: A Farm Road resident reported that the license plates were stolen off their Kia Soul. The investigation is ongoing.
On April 4: Jairo Abarca, 39, of Somerville, was charged with disorderly conduct (township ordinance) when he was acting disorderly and belligerent in Home Goods (315 Rt. 206). He was served his summons and advised of his Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.
On April 5: David Bednar, 35, of Hillsborough, was charged with disorderly conduct while at the Shoprite (601 Rt. 206) after starting a confrontation with a coworker. He continued to act disorderly in public, even with officers on scene. He was served his summons and advised of his Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.
On April 7: Officers responded to the report of damage to the gate at the main entrance to Ann Van Middlesworth Park (17 Pleasant View Road). The investigation is ongoing.
On April 7: Debra Wagner, 60, of Hillsborough, was arrested for shoplifting (disorderly persons) from Shoprite (601 Rt. 206) after not paying for chicken. She was processed and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.
On April 10: Rashawn Gaines, 34, of Annadale, was arrested for DWI while on a traffic stop on Amwell Road. He was processed and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.
On April 11: Justin Alpaugh, 35, of Bridgewater, was arrested for DWI while on a traffic stop on Dukes Parkway West. He was processed and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.
On April 11: Felicity Torres, 26, of Skillman, was arrested for DWI while on a traffic stop on Dukes Parkway East. She was processed and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.
On April 11: A resident of Woodbridge reported her unlocked Nissan Versa was entered while parked on Shell Court. At the time of the report, nothing was stolen. The investigation is ongoing.
On April 11: A resident of South Woods Road reported a dirt bike was stolen from their garage overnight. They valued the bike at $4,000. The investigation is ongoing.
On April 11: A resident on Pembroke Terrace reported that three ATVS were stolen from his property. The owner stated the last time he saw the ATVs was in February. The investigation is ongoing.
On April 12: A resident on Treeman Drive reported a package of Lululemon was stolen after delivery. They valued the items at $161. The investigation is ongoing.
On April 12: Giovanni Jimenez, 53, of Woodland Park, was arrested for DWI while on a traffic stop on River Road. He was processed and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.
On April 12: Joseph Njau, 47, of Hillsborough, was arrested for DWI while on a traffic stop on Route 206. He was processed and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.
On April 12: A vehicle on Gateway Boulevard was found to have two tires slashed. The owner already had the tires fixed and the investigation is ongoing.
On April 14: Juan Ramierz Grisales, 45, of Bound Brook, was arrested for DWI while on a suspicious vehicle investigation on Partridge Road. He was processed and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.
On April 19: Alexander Henandez-Roman, 21, of Hamilton, AL, was arrested for DWI during a suspicious vehicle investigation at the Days Inn (118 Rt. 206). He was processed and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.
On April 19: Ramdy Mella, 33, of Roselle, was arrested for DWI while on a motor vehicle crash investigation on River Road. He was processed and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.
On April 22: Nelson Phillips, 42, of Trenton, was arrested for receiving stolen property (disorderly persons) after he was found to be towing a stolen trailer out of Pennsylvania. He was processed and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.
On April 24: Verizon reported 1,800 feet of wire was stolen from the area of Mill Lane. The investigation is ongoing.
On April 25: Jorge Postrero, 35, of Whitehouse Station, was arrested for DWI while on a traffic stop on Route 206. He was processed and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.
On April 25: Daniel Rivas, 24, of Hillsborough, was arrested for DWI while on a traffic stop on Valley Road. He was processed and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court
date.
On April 28: Michael Curran, 21, of Lebanon, and Rebecca Puntorno, 25, of Hillsborough, were charged with shoplifting (disorderly persons) after being identified as the suspects in a theft from the Weis Market (315 Rt. 206) in March 2026. They were processed and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.
