HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — A second-alarm fire damaged three condo units in Hillsborough on Tuesday.
At around 3:35 p.m., the Hillsborough Township Police Department went to 1005 Victoria Court for a report of a structure fire.
Emergency responders found the rear second-story deck of unit 1005 fully engulfed, said Hillsborough Police Captain Scott W. Mc Carthy.
Firefighters extinguished the fire, which was contained to the second-floor bathroom and bedroom along with the adjacent units (1004 and 1006), said Mc Carthy.
No injuries were reported.
The fire is not considered suspicious but remains under investigation by the Hillsborough Township Police Department and the Hillsborough Township Bureau of Fire Safety.
The units 1004, 1005, and 1006 were all deemed uninhabitable by the Hillsborough Township Building Department, said Mc Carthy.
