HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — Flooding has caused Blackpoint Road to close in Hillsborough on Monday morning, said police.
The road is closed near the bridge at the Branchburg border.
Drivers are asked to plan an alternate route if traveling through the area.
A Flash Flood Warning remains in effect through 10 a.m. on Monday.
On Monday, showers and thunderstorms are expected before 2 p.m., then showers are likely, with a chance of a thunderstorm between 2 and 4 p.m., and a chance of showers and thunderstorms after 4 p.m.
New rainfall amounts between three-quarters and one inch possible.
