HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — A new restaurant serving up Indian street food has opened in Hillsborough.
Bollywood Grill opened at 340 South Branch Road on Friday.
The restaurant says it offers a combination of Indian street food and Mughlai cuisine.
It also says it uses authentic recipes and fresh ingredients.
"Guests can enjoy beloved favorites like Butter Chicken, Chicken Tikka Masala, and aromatic Biryani, along with clay-oven specialties and comforting vegetarian dishes such as Saag Paneer and Chana Masala. With a wide selection of vegetarian and vegan options," according to bollywoodgrill.net.
The restaurant is BYOB friendly.
