New Pancake House Opens In Somerset County

MONTGOMERY, NJ — A new pancake house has opened in Somerset County.

"Famous for its fluffy, golden pancakes and hearty breakfast platters, the menu also features a variety of lunch and dinner favorites, including juicy burgers, savory sandwiches, homestyle dinners, and even handcrafted pizzas," according to PJ's.

The new restaurant is located next to AT&T in the newest building at The Village Walk at Montgomery.

This will be the PJ's Pancake House's fourth location. It originally opened in 1962 in Princeton and has other locations in West Windsor and Lawrenceville.
