Woman Wanted For Abuse, Neglect Of Child In Somerset County

FRANKLIN, NJ — A woman wanted on multiple charges, including abuse and neglect of a child, was named the Somerset County Prosecutor's Office(SCPO) Fugitive of the Month for October

Diana Guzman is wanted by the Somerset County Prosecutor's Office for failure to appear on two counts of second-degree endangering - abuse/neglect of a child and one count of third-degree aggravated assault, all of which occurred in September of 2025 in Franklin Township.

A warrant has been issued for his arrest.

The SCPO released the following information on Guzman:

• Weight: 130
• Hair: Black
• Eyes: Brown
• Tattoos: Unknown
• Last known address: New Brunswick
