Amwell Road Warehouse Hearing In Hillsborough Rescheduled To April 13

The applicant, 303 Amwell LLC, proposes building an 85,348 square foot of warehouse near the Willow Road intersection.

HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — The hearing for an application for a warehouse on Amwell Road in Hillsborough will be rescheduled to next week.

As a result, the Hillsborough Planning Board's April 6 meeting is canceled.

The April 13 meeting is now slated to hear an application by 303 Amwell LLC who is seeking preliminary and final major site plan approval, as well as bulk variance and waivers, to construct a 85,348 square foot warehouse with related stormwater management, parking, lighting and improvements on Property in the CDZ, CorporateDevelopment Zone, according to planning board documents.

The Westfield developer, under REDCOM, proposes building the 85,348-square-foot warehouse near the Amwell Road and Willow Road intersection. You can read the full application here.

The application was continued from the Jan. 12 meeting.

Residents will be able to ask representatives, including engineers, questions during the public hearing.

Hearing participants are set to include Michael O’Grodnick, Esq., Savo, Schalk, Corsini, Warner, Gillespie, O’Grodnick & Fisher, P.A.;John Manilio, PE of ManTERRA Design LLC (Civil Engineer); Douglas Polyniak, PE of Dolan & DeanConsulting Engineers, LLC (Traffic Engineer); John McDonough, PE of John McDonough Associates, LLC; Redcom Design & Construction LLC (Architect.); and Nick Braco, PP/LLA and GregRedington, PE of Redcom Design & Construction LLC, Applicant Representatives. Objector: Craig Berlin.

The meeting will be held at the Peter J. Biondi Building (379 South Branch Road, Hillsborough) at 7 p.m.
