Basement Fire At Hillsborough Townhouse Wednesday
The fire was reported in the basement of a townhouse on Trafalgar Square in Hillsborough and believed to be coming from the dryer.

HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — A basement fire broke out in a townhouse on Trafalgar Square in Hillsborough Wednesday afternoon.
At 2:10 p.m. Hillsborough Fire Station 37 responded to the townhouse where smoke was showing and a possible dryer fire was reported.
"Operating in temperatures hovering around 90 degrees, units from the district made a quick knockdown of the fire in under 10 minutes and cleared the scene within an hour and a half," Station 37 Fire reported.

The cause of the fire is under investigation by the Hillsborough Township Bureau of Fire Safety.
