Burglar Climbed Through Upstairs Window In Montgomery: Police

A Montgomery home was burglarized where it appears the suspect climbed in through an upstairs window, police report.

MONTGOMERY, NJ — A Montgomery home was reportedly burglarized on June 27 at 2:28 p.m.

A York Drive resident returned home and noticed that an unknown person had been in their home and took several items. The resident reported that jewelry had been stolen, police report.

It appears that the incident occurred between June 15 and June 27. It appears the suspect(s) may have entered the home through an upstairs bedroom window, police report.

On July 18 at 10:51 p.m.: Montgomery Township Police arrested Sharika M. Hickmond of Lawrenceville. Hickmond was stopped for a motor vehicle violation and was found to have a suspended license and three active warrants. Hickmond was taken into custody. She was released on her own recognizance on all warrants and was released with a pending court date in Montgomery Township Municipal Court.
