Carrier Clinic Employee Charged With Assaulting Juvenile Patient

Ngozi Aguguo, 27, of Mount Laurel was charged with simple assault and endangering the welfare of a minor, police said.

MONTGOMERY, NJ — A Carrier Clinic employee has been charged with assaulting a juvenile patient, Montgomery Police reported.

The juvenile patient reported that he had been assaulted by a male employee on Oct. 22 to Carrier Clinic staff, Montgmery Police Lt. Jim Gill said.

On Oct. 28 Montgomery Township Police Detectives worked with an Investigator from the NJ Department of Children and Families Institutional Abuse Investigation Unit to look into what happened.

Ngozi Aguguo, 27, of Mount Laurel was arrested as a result of the police investigation, Gill said.

Aguguo was charged with simple assault and endangering the welfare of a minor and released from police custody. His case will be heard in Montgomery Township Municipal Court.
