'Catmas' In July And August Means Reduced Adoption Fees

From now through Aug. 31, the required donation to adopt a cat will be $50, reduced from the standard $135 at Tabby's Place.

RINGOES, NJ — Tabby’s Place, a cat sanctuary in Ringoes, is celebrating Catmas in July (and August) by offering reduced adoption fees on all of its cats and kittens.

From now through Aug. 31, the required donation to adopt a cat will be $50, reduced from the standard $135.

Tabby’s Place has more than 100 cats up for adoption that range in age from a few weeks to 18 years.

Tabby’s Place is open for adoptions and tours seven days a week, from noon to 5 p.m. View adoptable cats at tabbysplace.org/adoptable.php.

Can't adopt? Donations are still being accepted. The sanctuary is only able to rescue cats from desperate circumstances because of generous supporters. The sanctuary receives more than 95 percent of its income from individual donors. To nurture cats in need, visit tabbysplace.org/donate.html.
