Companies Expand at Hillsborough Business Center

Larken Associates recently leased nearly 2,000 additional square feet of industrial space to IdeOn LLC , bringing the packaging consulting and consumable supplier’s total square footage at the Hillsborough Business Center on Stryker Lane to 6,810.  Click here for a photo at the Hillsborough Business Center.

IdeOn has been a tenant at the Hillsborough Business Center for seven years along with other long-term tenants including Zala Machine which added 3,125 square feet to its already existing 9,375 square foot space in 2012, 4 Way Lock & Door which has been a tenant for the past 28 years currently occupying 1,500 square feet, and TNT Pools which has been leasing space from Larken Associates for 20 years including its current 3,000 square feet in Hillsborough.

Larken also recently welcomed new tenants Newell Strength and Satellite Textile which both leased 3,000 square foot spaces, and Yili, Inc. which leased 3,125 square feet.

“We needed more space but moving our lab and materials would be much too complicated,” said Dr. Subh Chatterjee, President of IdeOn LLC. “Larken Associates helped us expand into the space next to our already existing location without disrupting business as usual.”
