One COVID-related death announced on Monday was also reported at Stonebridge. Three Stonebridge staff living in other towns have also tested positive, according to Carey.
"What we are seeing is consistent with community spread throughout New Jersey, and it's the reason we continue to advise people to stay home as much as possible, and refrain from holiday gatherings," said Carey. "The first vaccinations for COVID-19 started this week in New Jersey, and so we have a light at the end of the tunnel. Now is not the time to relax. We must remain vigilant for a few more months as vaccinations are rolled out, so we can enjoy future holidays together."
