Dawson, Minutillo, Malecki Each Score Three Goals in Raider Win Over Manalapan

The Hillsborough High School girls lacrosse team won its first round NJSIAA playoff game Tuesday, beating visiting Manalapan 19-6 as 10 different Raiders scored goals.

IN SHORT
The Raiders controlled the play for most of the game, limiting the Braves' possessions and offensive opportunities. When Manalapan was able to gain possession, the Raider defense was up to the task pressuring the Braves' ball carriers and creating turnover.
The Raiders' Kristina Vangeli opened the scoring and the Raiders scored the first five goals 0f the game before the Braves got on the board. The Raiders then put in another five in a row to open up a 10-1 lead and essentially put the game out of reach.
RAIDER OF THE GAME
Kristina Vangeli- Had two goals, including the Raiders first of the game, but, more importantly, won most of the draws allowing the Raider offense to control the game.
