The existing single-family home will remain on property at Block 202, Lot 15.01 at 200 Willow Road (formerly 300 Township Line Road).

A variance is being sought as the property is currently zoned for agricultural uses only. A second variance is being sought for minimum yard setback which requires 75 feet. Currently, there is a 30.84 feet setback and the proposal will change it to 53.76 feet.
