Driver Injured After SUV Hits Pole, Overturns In Montgomery: Police

The crash happened on Route 518 on Thursday morning.

MONTGOMERY, NJ — A driver was injured after hitting a pole and overturning on Thursday morning in Montgomery, police said.

On July 2 at 8:47 a.m., Montgomery Police went to County Route 518 just west of Route 206 for a motor vehicle crash.

A 2024 Nissan SUV driven by a 62-year-old Skillman resident was driving east on Route 518.

The vehicle drifted off the right side of the road and hit a utility pole, causing the vehicle to overturn onto the driver's side, said police.

The driver was the sole occupant and was out of the vehicle when police arrived, said police.

The driver sustained minor injuries and was taken to
Penn Medicine Princeton Medical Center.
