Boot Camp 90 Minutes Saturday

These 90 minute sessions bring strength, endurance, flexibility and balance exercises to your day. Body weight, TRX Suspension Strap, jump ropes, medicine balls, horizontal work and a variety of resistance bands bring challenge to your workout. Campers should be able to run or walk briskly for short distances. Please bring a yoga mat, water and towel and dress appropriately for the weather.
