Montgomery Township, NJ – An explosive musical featuring Billboard Top Hit music by Kenny Loggins, Sammy Haggar and Eric Carmen, Footloose will be presented live on stage by Sourland Hills Actors Guild. Directors Bob Meola and Theresa Hansen have been rehearsing the cast of 78 area adults and teens with Musical Director Henco Espag and Choreographer Kelly McDermott.
Footloose the Musical is a family-friendly stage version based on the Paramount Motion Picture and features the hits “Let’s Hear It for the Boy,” “Holding Out for a Hero,” “Almost Paradise,” and, of course, the title tune. It tells the finger-snapping, toe-tapping story of teen feistiness and spirit, and the cast energy will leave everyone dancing!
Mark your calendar; Footloose will be performed Friday through Sunday, November 18 and 19 at 7pm, November 20 at 2pm in the 1,000 seat professional Performing Arts Center at Montgomery High School, 1016 Route 601, Skillman.

Celebrating over 10 years of performances, Sourland Hills Actors Guild is a volunteer-run, non-profit community theater group, not affiliated with Montgomery schools. Young and old alike work together to bring the experience of live music and theater to our community.

Tickets are $10 and will be available at the door or in advance at our box office. Box office hours are Sunday, Nov. 6, 12-4 pm, and Monday-Thurs. Nov. 14-17, 6:30-9pm, outside the Performing Arts Center in the lobby of Montgomery High School. For the best seats buy tickets early.
