Yoga Class

 Tone up, recharge and mentally unwind to get ready for the

week ahead.  Yoga will relax and get a total body workout.

All levels welcome to attend, please call to reserve your spot.

Cost is only $10 per class, sign up for a package and get the

lower price.

Classes will start up Sept. 10th, call ahead to reserve

your spot, or just pop in .  Walk ins welcome.
